  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
  • 8+ years of experience managing hybrid development teams, including offshore resources, with a strong focus on team leadership, collaboration, and optimizing workflows for software development and systems integration required.
  • Hands on experience building and deploying solutions in Azure, following DevSecOps principles and practices required.
  • Experience with .NET Core and Azure DevOps integrations a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS integrations and custom application development; experience with Salesforce integrations a plus.
