A company is looking for an AI ML Engineer to join their Software Solutions team to develop intelligent conversational AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build RAG-based AI agents for instant access to operational documentation and troubleshooting guidance
• Create LLM-powered customer support agents for alarm diagnosis and real-time assistance
• Extract structured data from documents and integrate it into automated workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or conversational AI
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks
• Experience in document processing, text extraction, and knowledge base development
