Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Development Consultant to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models tailored to specific business use cases
• Create, optimize, and manage complex prompt strategies to maximize AI model performance
• Utilize the OpenAI API for chat completions and integrate capabilities into production environments

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI model training, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for LLM optimization
• Strong OpenAI API experience, including fine-tuning models and orchestration workflows
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, and Microsoft .NET
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
