AHRC NYC is seeking a passionate Job Coach to join their Employment Services Program in Queens. The Job Coach must be dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. The job coach initially spends 100% of the time with the individuals on the job site and then gradually spends less time on-site as the individual becomes proficient at the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week (may include early morning, evening and/or weekend hours)
Pay Rate: $17 per hour and $18 per hour after 6 months or $19 per hour with a master’s degree. Plus a low cost comprehensive Benefit package
