Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee its affiliate and partner acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, including identification, outreach, onboarding, and performance optimization
• Proactively source and close high-potential affiliates and lead generation partners in the real estate investment niche
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to increase ROI and quality of leads

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing with proven results in lead generation or pay-per-call
• A strong existing network of affiliates and publishers, preferably in real estate or high-ticket verticals
• Confidence using CRMs and affiliate platforms
• Ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and outcomes-driven
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
