Software Project Manager
- Lead and manage software project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate effective project execution and iteration.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards through effective testing and validation processes.
- Mentor junior project team members and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance project management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software project management, specifically in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are advantageous.
