Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Manager to oversee and manage teams of Admissions Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Admissions Representatives in quality communication and productivity
• Analyze team performance data and implement necessary strategic changes
• Coach and develop employees while preparing reports for department leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in higher education enrollment or admissions
• Management experience preferred
• No recent performance or attendance counseling
• Knowledge of admissions policies and procedures
• Associate's degree required
