Your daily activities as a Systems Analyst will be:
- Carefully and accurately gather business requirements from internal customer and provide them to developers in the form of technical specifications.
- Communicate with external systems in different communication channels.
- Manage and review analytics activity in an effective and efficient manner.
- Lead distributed development teams simultaneously.
- Organise cross-team interaction.
- Prepare project concept.
- Work on every product development including concept, pilot version and all related documentation.
- Close teamwork and maintain optimal workflow.
- Consult and support client regarding work with developed products, support new installs for product rollouts.
- Diagnose software and implement new solution.
- Carry out QA tests to discover errors and optimise usability.
You are best for this role if you have/are:
- Experience 3+ years in systems analysis, including financial or banking IT domain.
- Good oral and written English language skills.
- Proficient use of Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Postman and Swagger.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML notation.
- Interest in a wide variety of technical integrations.
- Proactivity, ability to take a task and carry it through from start to finish.
- Accuracy, the habit of documenting and entering all important information into Confluence.
- Ability to identify the root cause of a bug before involving developers.
