This individual will analyze global financial markets - including equities, fixed income, commodities, and FX - and transform insights into strategic guidance, educational content, and engaging media for our English-speaking audience. Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, fixed income, commodities, and FX markets.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and run scenario-based simulations.
• Prepare high-quality market reports and strategy papers for internal and external use.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Marketing: Provide timely market insights for SEO content, social media, video scripts, and campaign materials.
• Sales: Identify market opportunities and audience segments based on data trends.
• Compliance & Legal: Ensure all communications and publications meet regulatory standards.
• Customer Support: Help address user concerns through data-backed insights.

Performance Monitoring

• Track KPIs and assess the impact of market trends on business performance.
• Regularly refine methodologies for better accuracy and relevance.

Customer Education & Engagement

• Host webinars and live sessions explaining financial topics and market events.
• Create e-books, courses, and other educational content.
• Develop YouTube videos and SEO-optimized articles to elevate brand engagement and literacy.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience analyzing financial markets.
• Proven ability in market forecasting, economic data interpretation, and investment recommendation writing.
• Experience producing detailed financial reports and working with trading platforms.

Skills and Competencies

• Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial instruments, macroeconomic indicators, and global markets.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced use of MetaTrader and TradingView; solid modeling and forecasting skills.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills in English (native-level fluency required).
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and customer service.
• Project Management: Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
