Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to execute and manage advertising campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring timely launches and error-free processes
• Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to troubleshoot issues
• Maintain process documentation and manage the Marketplace content calendar for campaign scheduling

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or project management
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with familiarity in HTML or Braze as a plus
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Experience in a startup or cross-functional environment is a bonus
