Actuarial Assistant (Pre-ASA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Assistant (Pre-ASA / ASA) to provide analytical support and contribute to product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and non-financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations
• Generate and verify data using actuarial and mathematical concepts
• Provide updates on actuarial information to internal and external clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience or internship
• Successful completion of Exam P and one other Society of Actuaries exam, with a commitment to attaining FSA
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of actuarial science, economics, statistics, or mathematics
• Familiarity with actuarial software (AXIS) and programming languages (VBA, SQL, R)
