Job Title: Marketing Data Coordinator (Part - Time)

About the Role: The client, a purpose-driven entrepreneur and leader in business, mindset, and personal development, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Data Coordinator to support the team’s operational excellence.
This role is central to their weekly L10 meetings—you’ll be responsible for gathering, organizing, and delivering accurate data for our marketing scorecards. These scorecards help drive accountability, performance tracking, and team alignment. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect weekly marketing metrics from various platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, ManyChat, social media, email platforms, ad dashboards, etc.).
- Organize data into a structured, easy-to-read scorecard format for L10 meetings.
- Track KPIs such as lead flow, conversion rates, email performance, ad spend/ROI, audience growth, campaign performance, and other marketing metrics.
- Ensure data is accurate, timely, and aligned with what the team needs to evaluate each week.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to continuously refine the scorecard and metrics tracked.
- Help build consistency and visibility into marketing performance over time.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working with data collection, reporting, or analytics (marketing data preferred).
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, basic automation).
- Comfortable pulling data from platforms like GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads Manager, ManyChat, email marketing platforms, etc.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Clear communicator with the ability to present data in a simple, useful way.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with EOS / L10 meeting structure and scorecards.
- Experience in the online marketing or coaching industry.
- Understanding of KPIs related to funnels, ads, email marketing, and lead gen.
