ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Amazon PPC Specialist to join our Amazon team, working directly with the Amazon team to scale our business across the US, UK, and Canada. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon PPC campaigns, keyword optimization, bid management, and analytics, with a hands-on approach from Day 1. The ideal candidate has experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns and can drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Amazon PPC Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon Advertising best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.
Performance Analysis & Growth Strategy:
- Work with team to analyze ad performance, optimize budgets, and implement data-driven strategies.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities for new product launches, promotions, and cross-border expansion.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and category shifts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
- Report key performance metrics and insights to leadership, making data-backed recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably with personal care/beauty background experience.
- Expertise in Amazon platform
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Amazon, data tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to develop strategies for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is a plus.
- Passion for wellness, skincare, and sustainability is a bonus.
