Responsibilities:

• Accurately create monthly & quarterly forecasts.
• Work within the company demand planning department and liaise with the Amazon team to ensure forecasts take into account real-time changes to the growth strategy.
• Responsible for creating FBA shipments and developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Successfully communicated forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Conduct monthly & quarterly forecast maintenance.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform related tasks as may be instructed

• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, and demand planning software.
• Experience working with Amazon FBA and knowledge of its operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
