Project Manager - Solution Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the IT solutions space. This role focuses on delivering Microsoft-centric Day 1 Professional Services projects and requires strong experience in stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with both external customers and internal project delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Manage external stakeholders, including end customers, and lead project steering committees to align progress and expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources across Professional Services teams, ensuring structured task management, accountability, and team motivation.
• Oversee the successful delivery of Microsoft 365 projects, such as tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Purview deployments, and security configuration rollouts (Defender, Intune).
• Oversee and manage Azure-related infrastructure projects, including identity, networking, and resource provisioning.
• Track and report on project team deliverables, performance metrics, and service quality benchmarks.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution across all phases of the project.
• Lead regular project reviews, planning sessions, and post-delivery assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely resource planning and allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure proper handover at closure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project management within a solution integrator or IT service provider environment.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and lead high-impact IT transformation projects.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure project delivery.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity implementations or SOC project coordination is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to track team KPIs and deliverables with precision and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL or service operations frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, DevOps, Planner, or similar project tools.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
