Marketing Specialist

A leading company in modular systems for industrial applications is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or marketing automation (industrial sector preferred).

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management (especially LinkedIn).

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Manage CRM campaigns, including content creation, email development, testing, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with local sales teams and international marketing teams to coordinate projects and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support brand visibility and lead generation efforts through SEO and paid media strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies to plan and execute marketing events and promotional activities.
