Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate to support financial operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bank reconciliations and cash position reports, and record cash receipts
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial statement preparation
• Support grant compliance reports and serve as a resource for clients on accounting matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Associate's degree/Accounting certification with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Non-profit experience is a plus
• CPA license or CPA-eligibility is a plus
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar Non-Profit Accounting systems is a plus
