• You'll coordinate the approval process for documents and contract changes.
• You'll manage, Maintain the Document Control/Change Control process for all projects.
• You'll document; Maintain controlled distribution lists.
• You'll provide technical support to Construction Manager.
• You'll receive, record and compile review comments: or similar Software.
• You'll assist in coordinating services with outside agencies.
• You'll assist in preparing project closeout documentation.
• You'll support client's Third-Party Coordinator on administrating utility rearrangement and restoration work with project teams, as well as City, County, State, and Utility Agencies.
• You'll review and analyze quality trend reports.
• You'll assist in the negotiation and preparation of agreements with outside agencies and public/private utilities for all services and works necessary to support client's construction and operation activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related field.
• Minimum 3 (three) years of experience working on large heavy construction projects or heavy construction projects of similar complexity.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license.

• EIT (Engineer In Training) or FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) certification
• Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
