Company Description

Job Description 

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and other associates to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events  
  • Team Up with Administrative Assistants across the company to schedule cross-functional Executive meetings  
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership or team  
  • Assist with managing Executive email inbox – flagging priority email, deleting junk email  
  • Prep All Hands meeting agendas, presentation decks, and assist with facilitating the meeting  
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (airfare, hotel, car)   
  • Prepare and submit Expense reports  
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues and deadlines in a timely manner  
  • Order catering for meetings as needed  
  • General department support such as sending out communications, ordering office supplies, and facilities requests  
  •  Involvement in planning and executing department teambuilding activities, and social engagement events  
  • Expertise in preparing executive communications for internal and external needs, focus on presentation development  
  • Handle additional requests as they arise  
  • Stay up to date on Executive priorities  

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience    
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality  
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong decision making and proactive problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment  
  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills  
  • Proper presentation, development, and editing skills  
  • Effective analytical, listening, and writing skills  
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or other administrative role (preferred)
