Job Summary

A company is looking for a Floating ABA Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling processes for multiple MeBe centers, including managing client services and cancellations
• Maximize client authorizations and optimize provider availability for efficient scheduling
• Provide customer service, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records in the EHR system

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of ABA scheduling experience
• Experience with scheduling software, specifically CentralReach
• Background in behavioral health or pediatrics preferred
• Intermediate skills in Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and email
• Bachelor's degree preferred
