Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy and TPA partners to optimize partnerships
• Document and refine data and business process workflows for external partner interactions
• Track key partnership metrics and present insights to stakeholders while resolving operational challenges

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Work experience in management consulting or healthcare with project management responsibilities
• Ability to report, analyze, and derive insights from data using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with partner setups and compliance with 340B regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
