What You’ll Do

• Manual & Exploratory Testing: Plan and execute test cases for our cloud-based web app and mobile features, focusing on risk-based, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Bug Prevention & Identification: Collaborate with product, design, and developer teams early in the process to identify potential issues, documenting bugs thoroughly in Jira.
• Process Improvement: Regularly review existing testing procedures, propose enhancements, and help shape our overall QA strategy and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• API Testing: Use Postman and Swagger to validate API endpoints, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end components.

Our Hiring Process

• Technical Task – A hands-on assignment to showcase your approach to testing.
• Technical Discussion (1.5–2 hrs) – On site meet with the QA team to review your task, discuss your thought process, and explore technical deep-dives.

• 2+ Years of QA Experience: Hands-on experience in manual testing; experience to automation is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Capable of digging into issues to find root causes and not just symptoms.
• Collaboration Skills: Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure software reliability.
• Adaptability & Curiosity: Excited to learn new methods, tools, and technologies.
• Bonus Skills: SQL knowledge, mobile testing experience.
